You will provide strategic and hands-on technical leadership for our AI product portfolio and internal AI initiatives. As a practitioner‑leader, you will guide a global team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers from research to production. You’ll shape best practices, govern AI activities, and influence technical strategy across the organization. • Lead and manage a global team of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI researchers, defining direction and fostering a strong culture
• Define and champion AI software development standards, including agentic AI‑based product development
• Contribute to AI partner vetting and due diligence for third‑party platforms and collaborators
• Ensure technical consistency across AI initiatives by collaborating with the Integrated Solutions Team
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering leads to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Stay updated on AI research advances (LLMs, multimodal AI, agentic systems) and assess relevance to products
• Communicate progress, risks, and strategy to stakeholders

Responsabilità

• Proven experience leading an AI technical team in a product‑focused environment, delivering AI solutions from concept to production
• Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and modern AI development practices
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑driven development workflows (LLM‑assisted development, agentic pipelines, AI‑augmented SDLC)
• Hands‑on understanding of multi‑agentic flows and enabling infrastructure
• Strong proficiency with the modern ML stack (Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face, cloud platforms) and tools like Claude code
• Experience defining and enforcing AI governance including model evaluation, bias assessment, and production monitoring
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and cross‑functional collaboration
• Native English speaker or C1/C2 English certification
• Desirable: experience in AI‑native company, healthcare AI familiarity with clinical data, medical imaging, or genomics; knowledge of AI safety, interpretability, regulatory considerations; experience with AI publications, standards bodies, or open‑source frameworks
