Retribuzione / Benefits

• Architectural blueprinting and design of enterprise AI solutions, including end-to-end pipelines for Generative AI and ML
• Ensure modular, reusable architectures aligned with security and compliance standards
• Recommend technical stacks and collaborate with governance to meet risk and lifecycle requirements
• Evaluate technical feasibility, perform rapid prototyping, POCs and MVPs, and define integration points
• Provide high-level effort estimates and resource planning for AI implementations
• Define scalable production requirements, optimize for latency, cost, and reliability
• Establish AI safety, bias mitigation, and human-in-the-loop patterns within governance
• Offer technical leadership, reviews, and mentorship across Security, Data, and Infrastructure teams
• Stay current with AI patterns (RAG, fine-tuning, multi-agent systems) and validate models and external products
• Maintain concise architectural documentation for decision-making and governance

Responsabilità

• 5+ years designing end-to-end ML/Generative AI architectures
• Experience with feasibility assessments, POCs/MVPs, and bridging business and engineering
• Experience with enterprise-scale systems, security, and AI governance
• Expertise in AI design patterns (RAG, fine-tuning, agentic workflows) and model evaluation
• Strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to optimize for scalability, cost-efficiency, and reliability
• English professional proficiency; Italian or other European languages a plus
