AI Software M&A Associate — Milan (Hybrid)

Circeus is a fast‑growing, AI‑powered software acquirer seeking an Investment Associate in Milan. The role is full‑time and permanent with a hybrid work model. You will work alongside senior investment professionals across the MA lifecycle, from sourcing to post‑acquisition value creation, across Europe and North America.

You’ll evaluate targets, lead financial modelling and due diligence, and prepare memos for internal committees. Strong English is required; Italian is a plus.
