This is not a pure coding role. It is where engineering expertise meets business strategy.

We are looking for AI Engineers who build, deploy, and scale production-ready intelligent systems — not just analyze data.

Your Responsibilities

• End-to-end development of AI-driven software solutions (Python)
• Design and implementation of scalable, production-grade architectures
• Algorithm optimization and performance enhancement
• Direct collaboration with clients and consulting teams on strategic projects
• Contribution to the evolution of innovative AI products and digital offerings
• Build, deploy, and operate LLM systems in production environments (RAG, agents, embeddings, fine-tuning)
• Translate complex business problems into AI architectures and explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

• Strong software engineering background (Python required)

• Experience in data analytics and/or machine learning

• Ability to work in international, cross-functional environments

• Client-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

Your Experience

• 0–4 or 4+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, or data-driven environments
• Prior experience in consulting or strategic projects is highly valued
• Experience in international projects or client-facing roles is a strong plus
• Exposure to transformation, digital innovation, or high-impact strategic programs is appreciated
• Candidates from tech scale-ups, industry leaders, or innovation labs are also welcome

You have hands-on experience designing and deploying LLM systems in production (RAG, agents, embeddings, fine-tuning) beyond simple API integrations. You have built and operated AI systems in production, including monitoring, model lifecycle management, and scalable backend architecture. You are comfortable translating business problems into AI architectures and communicating technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.

Language Requirements

• Professional fluency in English is required
• Fluency in the local office language is mandatory for office integration and client interactions: French (Paris), German (Munich), Spanish (Madrid), Italian (Milan)

What’s Offered

Competitive salary aligned with French, Spanish, German and Italian markets, depending on seniority:

• AI Engineer: €60,000 – €75,000

• Senior AI Engineer: €75,000 – €95,000

• Lead AI Engineer: €95,000 – €120,000+

• Performance-based bonus

• Private health insurance (country dependent)

• Hybrid model: 3 days office / 2 days client site (European travel expected)

• Strong exposure to international strategic projects

This role is ideal for engineers who want to remain hands-on while contributing to high-impact strategic AI initiatives across Europe.

You will report functionally to the Head of AI Engineering and work closely with Partners and Engagement Managers on client projects.
