Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Software Engineer to unlock the potential of GenAI across the team.blue group. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise to build exceptional AI‑driven products and experiences, designing, implementing, and integrating scalable AI solutions around APIs, RAG architectures, and agentic frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI‑powered software solutions, focusing on APIs, RAG architectures, and agentic frameworks.
• Implement agentic AI systems using tools such as MCP servers and APIs.
• Integrate AI software solutions into existing environments and workflows, ensuring seamless operation and performance optimization.
• Test and deploy software solutions that meet business needs.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and deliver innovative AI solutions.

Ideal Profile

• 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, ideally in full‑stack/backend product‑focused roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Flask) and microservices and event‑driven architecture (Kafka, SSE, WebSocket).
• Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) including fine‑tuning, prompt engineering, and daily working with models such as GPT, Claude, Gemini.
• Hands‑on experience with vector databases (OpenSearch, FAISS) for efficient similarity and semantic search and retrieval of text embeddings.
• Practical experience deploying and scaling RAG systems and AI agents in production environments.
• Skilled in implementing conversational AI systems using APIs like OpenAI Chat Completion and Assistant endpoints.
• Knowledge of Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to enhance model responses by integrating external knowledge bases during inference.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
