Who we are looking for

You will join our experienced engineering team and contribute to the evolution of our products and client solutions. In the Professional Services area, you will collaborate with a global partner ecosystem to design and deliver state-of-the-art data science and AI/LLM solutions. Your work will span research, prototyping, experimentation, and production-ready development.

You are passionate about data science, AI, and LLMs, and you love crafting sophisticated solutions within complex, real-time environments using innovative technologies. You are curious, proactive, and eager to learn. Beyond technical excellence, you bring strong business acumen and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You take ownership, and you are comfortable navigating ambiguity and bringing structure to undefined problems.

Key Responsibilities

Core Data Science & ML

• Solid understanding of mathematics and statistics applied to machine learning and deep learning.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Proficiency with the Python data ecosystem (NumPy, pandas, matplotlib, seaborn, scikit-learn).
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).

LLM & Agentic Systems

• Experience fine-tuning LLMs.
• Knowledge of frameworks for building stateful AI agents (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI).

Software Engineering & MLOps

• Experience with model serving using Flask or FastAPI.
• Familiarity with Git and distributed version control.
• SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).
• Basic understanding of Docker.

Nice to Have

• Experience with other programming languages (especially Rust).
• Kubernetes knowledge.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
