AI Senior Business Consultant - Multi Industry

The Role

As an AI Business Consultant at Kyndryl, you will support clients in identifying strategic opportunities to remain competitive and differentiate themselves by leveraging artificial intelligence. You will combine business acumen with a strong understanding of AI technologies to translate complex challenges into actionable initiatives, shaping AI adoption pathways that deliver measurable impact across operations, customer engagement, and strategic growth. You will also maintain a strong awareness of industry trends, market dynamics, and technological advancements, providing proactive insights and strategic recommendations to help organizations anticipate change and capitalize on innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and define AI-driven opportunities aligned with business strategy across industries
• Translate complex business needs into AI-enabled solutions, use cases, and adoption roadmaps
• Analyze AI trends, market developments, and competitive dynamics to generate actionable insights
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Support the design and execution of AI-driven transformation initiatives
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and adoption
• Ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes through AI initiatives

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5–8 years of experience in a consulting environment with a strong technology focus (digital transformation, data, or AI initiatives)
• Strong understanding of AI technologies (machine learning, generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics) and their business applications
• Ability to analyze and interpret AI trends and market developments, translating them into practical business insightsCross-industry business awareness and ability to identify value creation opportunities through AI
• Experience acting as a bridge between business and technical teams
• Proven project management capabilities, including stakeholder coordination and delivery tracking
• Strong client-facing and communication skills, including workshop facilitation
• Foundational knowledge of AI/data tools and languages (Python, SQL, ML frameworks)
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure problems and support data-driven decision making
• Curiosity and continuous learning attitude toward AI and digital transformation
• Experience with data analysis and data strategy, including data governance, data quality, and ethical AI considerations
