What You’ll Do
- Design and orchestrate intelligent workflows: create and manage AI-powered processes that engage leads, follow up, and keep the sales pipeline running smoothly.
- Connect the dots across the business: ensure every step of the sales process works seamlessly together — from lead capture to follow-ups — with minimal manual work.
- Continuously innovate: experiment, optimize, and find new ways to save time, reduce errors, and increase conversion rates.
- Work closely with leadership: align weekly on priorities, report results, and pitch new ideas to push the business forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Map sales processes end-to-end (lead capture → qualification → nurture → handoff → post-sale) and identify automation opportunities.
- Build, maintain, and monitor workflow automations integrated with the CRM and GTM stack.
- Design AI-assisted touchpoints (email drafts, smart follow-ups, call/voice actions, lead enrichment) and implement prompt/chain logic.
- Set up data flows, webhooks, and API connections between CRM, marketing tools, forms, and data sources.
- Own lead routing, SLAs, deduplication, data hygiene, and enrichment rules to keep the pipeline healthy.
- Run A/B tests and experiments; define success metrics and iterate based on conversion and cycle-time improvements.
- Create dashboards and recurring reports for leadership (pipeline velocity, reply rates, booked meetings, CAC-relevant metrics).
- Document processes clearly and create playbooks so GTM teams can self-serve.
- Ensure compliance with privacy and security best practices (GDPR, consent, opt-out flows).
- Provide enablement/training to sales, marketing, and ops on new automations and tooling.
