WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Core activities . You will translate scripts and directing notes into visual sequences, generating AI images for storyboards, shot sequences, and keyframes used in animation and editing. You will maintain visual consistency across scenes, characters, and environments, iterating quickly on prompts based on internal and client feedback. You will work on assigned scene blocks, meeting deadlines and shared visual standards, and collaborate with editing and directing to refine rhythm and readability.
• Technologies. You will work with AI image generation platforms such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion (or similar). You will use standard video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut) and typical creative workflows for prompt design, selection, and curation.
• Team work . You will join a creative team focused on fiction content leveraging AI. You will collaborate closely with direction and editing, working in an iterative, fast-paced environment with clear visual guidelines and shared standards. The context also supports thesis projects, internships, and first professional experiences in AI and audiovisual.

WE'LL TOTALLY LOVE YOU IF YOU HAVE…

• Academic background . Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields such as Film/Media Studies, Visual Arts, Design, Animation, Communication, or related disciplines. Equivalent practical experience is also considered.
• Valuable expertise . Hands-on experience with at least one AI image generation tool (Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion or similar), or strong motivation to learn quickly; ability to craft clear, structured, and precise prompts (Italian and/or English); solid visual sensibility in composition, lighting, framing, and aesthetic coherence; ability to work on serialized projects with defined deadlines and shared standards; for senior profiles, autonomy on full sequences and contribution to visual style and best practices.
• Nice to have . Experience in graphic design, illustration, concept art, storyboarding, comics, or visual development; motion graphics or video experience; basic video editing skills (Premiere, DaVinci, Final Cut or similar); familiarity with AI imaging tools and workflows; interest in developing the project as a case study, thesis, or research initiative.
• Soft skills . Curiosity for new technologies and visual languages; precision in managing files, versions, and references; active listening and the ability to incorporate feedback; collaborative mindset and results orientation.
