Therefore, we are now looking for an AI & Process Automation Specialist who wants to play an active role in this transformation.
We’re looking for someone organized, curious, and detail-oriented: a natural problem solver who enjoys connecting systems, optimizing workflows, and turning repetitive tasks into intelligent automations.
You should be comfortable experimenting with automation tools and AI solutions, and excited about translating real business needs into working, scalable systems.

Location: Partinico (PA), Sicily - HQ
Your role
You will support our CTO in identifying, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions and AI-based tools across the company.
Their main goal will be to turn concrete business needs into working automations, improving efficiency, reducing errors, enhancing system integration, and enabling better use of data.
What you will be involved in
- Implementing and maintaining automation workflows and operational processes (data extraction, syncs, notifications, reporting) based on the priorities set by the CTO;
- Supporting the CTO in analyzing workflows across different departments, providing technical support to introduce automations;
- Developing and integrating tools, scripts, and micro-services to support internal processes (APIs, webhooks, Apps Script, n8n/Zapier);
- Analyzing internal documents and data to identify anomalies, recurring patterns, and improvement opportunities, and reporting them to the CTO;
Technical skills
- Academic background in Business, Management, Economics, or related fields;
- Good knowledge of the Google Workspace and Google Cloud ecosystem;
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Apps Script);
- Basic programming skills in Python or JavaScript;
- Familiarity with AI models, RAG, and NLP applied in operational contexts;
- Experience with automation testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Pytest, Robot Framework, or similar);
- Ability to integrate systems through APIs and connectors;
- Working knowledge of data security principles;
- Good command of English (minimum B2) and excellent command of Italian;
