About The Role
We're hiring AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analysts to evaluate whether AI system outputs meet safety, fairness, and ethical standards. Your judgment helps keep AI systems aligned with human values.
- Organization: Alignerr
- Type: Hourly Contract
- Compensation: $40–$120 /hour
- Location: Remote
- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You’ll Do
- Review AI-generated content for bias, safety, and ethical alignment
- Classify outputs based on fairness, accuracy, and compliance criteria
- Flag content that could be harmful, misleading, or inappropriate
- Provide structured written feedback on policy-related issues
- Work across diverse topics and content types
Who You Are
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Interest in ethics, policy, or fairness topics
- Able to evaluate nuanced content objectively
- Clear written communication skills
- No prior AI or policy experience required
