AI Manager – Artificial Intelligence & Innovation

Mission:
To support the Group in its digital transformation journey, we are seeking an AI Manager who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to experiment. We are not simply looking for experience; we want someone capable of imagining new possibilities and turning them into concrete AI-based solutions that deliver positive and tangible business impact.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining the AI roadmap, contributing creativity and vision to the adoption of scalable and innovative solutions, in close collaboration with the Security department and all business functions.
Main Activities:
- Identify innovation opportunities based on AI (Gen AI / AI / ML) across production, logistics, administrative, and commercial processes, assessing potential ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into operational workflows.
- Contribute to defining the AI strategy and roadmap.
- Define Proofs of Concept (POCs), supervise development, testing, and deployment of solutions, ensuring quality, security, and compliance; measure results and compare them with expected outcomes.
- Manage the rollout and scaling of POCs across the Group.
- Manage technology vendors and partners for the adoption of AI tools and frameworks.
- Monitor KPIs and ROI of implemented AI solutions.
- Prepare technical and functional documentation.
- Coordinate training and awareness initiatives on the responsible use of artificial intelligence.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Experience in AI-related projects within corporate or consulting environments.
- Knowledge of Gen AI, AI/ML technologies, computer vision, and generative models.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and MLOps tools.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance topics.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with other systems (ERP, BI, and IT infrastructure).
Soft Skills:
- Pragmatic approach to innovation with a strong focus on measurable impact.
- Analytical skills and strategic vision.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across functions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Education:
STEM degree.
Languages:
Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
Availability:
Willingness to travel to national and international company sites when required.
