Your Role

Working directly with Vincent Desclaux, Managing Director France, you will help shape and accelerate the commercial growth of PALO IT, one of Europe’s most innovative AI consulting firms.

You will combine strategic account development, executive relationship building, and ecosystem partnership management, working closely with Microsoft, GitHub, and PALO IT leadership teams around one clear mission: help the world’s largest organizations become AI Frontier Enterprises.

Grow Strategic Client Accounts

You will act as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients, understanding their business ambitions beyond individual projects and identifying where AI can unlock measurable business value.

You will:

• Develop long-term account growth strategies rather than chasing one-off opportunities.

• Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and business executives.

• Partner closely with delivery, engineering and transformation teams to ensure exceptional client outcomes.

• Own commercial performance across your portfolio including forecasting, staffing, profitability and sustainable growth.

• Identify opportunities around AI Engineering, AI Transformation, Agentic Organizations, Developer Experience, Product Modernization and AI-enabled SDLC.

• Contribute to strategic bids, executive workshops and executive-level client presentations.

Grow our AI Partnership Ecosystem (Microsoft, GitHub & future partners)

Our partnerships are becoming one of our biggest growth engines. You'll help accelerate them.

Initially this means working closely with Microsoft and GitHub before expanding into our broader AI ecosystem.

You'll:

• Design and execute joint Go-To-Market initiatives.

• Identify new business opportunities together with partner teams.

• Coordinate executive engagements, client introductions and innovation workshops.

• Organize flagship AI events and executive roundtables.

• Help position PALO IT as one of the leading AI transformation partners across Europe.

• Build scalable partnership playbooks as our ecosystem expands.

Shape the Future of AI Consulting

This role isn't only about selling. You'll actively contribute to the evolution of our business.

You'll participate in:

• Developing next-generation AI offerings

• Creating executive thought leadership

• Building new commercial playbooks

• Refining our Gen-e2™ methodology

• Experimenting with AI-native ways of working

• Leveraging AI agents to augment sales, partnerships and client engagement

Who You Are

• 5+ years growing strategic accounts within consulting, digital transformation, technology services or software.

• A proven “farmer”: you have grown existing accounts year after year, measuring success in client lifetime value rather than single transactions.

• Comfortable owning account P&L, staffing, utilization, margin, pricing and managing a dedicated development budget.

• AI-first by mindset, passionate about emerging technologies, and able to shape AI-powered solutions that elevate client operations.

• Comfortable discussing AI Engineering, Product Development, Cloud, DevOps, Platform Engineering or Enterprise Transformation with senior technology leaders.

• Entrepreneurial and naturally proactive, you don't wait for opportunities to appear, you create them.

• Structured enough to manage complexity while remaining pragmatic.

• Fluent in French and English.

Bonus points if you've worked with Microsoft, GitHub, AWS, Google Cloud or other strategic technology ecosystems.
