You will join our AI & Analytics department, working in close synergy with Data Engineering, IT, and key Business Units. You will be part of a young, "natively digital" environment focused on technological experimentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive research into new AI solutions and emerging market technologies.
- You will be responsible for creating Proof of Concepts (PoC) , testing identified solutions, and managing their sharing and integration into business processes.
- Provide technical support to AI figures and internal stakeholders across Finance, Claims , IT, and Underwriting, optimizing existing workflows through advanced modeling.
Key Requirements
- At least 2-3 years in similar roles (AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or Data Scientist).
- Strong technical competence in AI architectures and Machine Learning models .
- Mastery of Python and its primary data manipulation libraries.
- Proven experience in training "smart" libraries and implementing solutions based on LLMs and Generative AI .
- Experience working within agile, cross-functional teams to deliver result-oriented technical solutions.
