WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Core activities . You will design and build AI-assisted ingestion pipelines transforming raw enterprise documents into governed, traceable knowledge. You will integrate LLMs as intelligent interfaces for natural language querying, explanation and citation.You will have the opportunity to implement hybrid retrieval strategies combining vector search with knowledge graph traversal;
ensureing every AI output is explainable, source-cited, version-aware and decision-ready. - Technologies . LangChain, Spring AI, LlamaIndex, Embabel;
LLM APIs (OpenAI, AzureOpenAI, open-source models);
Embedding models & vector databases;
Knowledge Graphs, Graphtraversal & GraphRAG patterns;
Hybrid search architectures (vector + structured retrieval). - Team work . You will work closely with Knowledge Graph Engineers, Backend Engineers and the Solution Architect to co-design a governed Knowledge Layer. You’ll collaborate in a highly cross-functional environment where AI, data modeling and governance meet, contributing to architectural decisions rather than just implementation.
WE'LL TOTALLY LOVE YOU IF YOU HAVE…
- Academic background . Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering or equivalent background;
Strong foundation in machine learning, NLP and data structures. - Valuable expertise . Hands-on experience designing and deploying RAG or GraphRAG pipelines in real-world systems;
Strong understanding ofprompt engineering, embeddings, chunking strategies and retrieval orchestration;
Experience integrating LLMs into production-grade architectures with attention to reliability and explainability;
Ability to reason abouttrade-offs between probabilistic AI outputs and deterministic knowledge systems. - Nice to have . Experience with knowledge graphs, ontologies or semantic data modeling;
Familiarity with enterprise governance concepts (versioning, provenance, audit trail);
Background in regulatedor complex enterprise environments (compliance, legal, finance, etc.);
Exposure to KnowledgeOps or similar paradigms. - Soft skills . Strong analytical mindset and system-level thinking;
Curiosity for emerging AI architectures beyond “classic RAG”;
Comfortable working in ambiguity and shaping early-stage products;
Clear communicator, able to bridge technical depth and conceptual vision;
Ownership mentality andpassion for building technology that can be trusted.
