The ideal candidate is a Technical Leader capable of bridging the gap between complex software development and industrial engineering. You will be responsible for supporting the implementation of AIeng solutions, guiding clients through digital transformation, and ensuring that AI becomes a core driver of their product development lifecycle.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an AI Engineer (Inference & RAG Architect) based in Naples or Turin, with opportunities for partial remote work. The AI Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing AI-driven solutions, focusing on inference systems and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. Day-to-day tasks include designing and optimizing neural network models, applying pattern recognition and natural language processing techniques, and participating in software development to integrate these solutions into applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and adapt AI-driven approaches to business requirements is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Neural Networks, Pattern Recognition, and other AI-related fields
• Strong background in Computer Science and Software Development
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and related methodologies
• Proficiency in modern programming languages and technologies related to AI and machine learning
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, both in-person and remotely
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• A degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is required;
  advanced degrees are a plus
• Experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures is highly desirable
