UNICEF Data & Analytics Education team is building a data portal to harmonise regional and global learning assessment data for MVP release. The consultant will design scalable extraction pipelines, data models, and reference datasets to enable IDW ingestion and reproducible transformation of heterogeneous sources.
Required: Master’s degree in a relevant field, 5+ years with data pipelines, English language, and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Docker, Github, R and Python.
