Parloa in Milan is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex deployments of our Agentic AI platform for enterprise customers. You will own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle from scoping and planning through go-live and hypercare, working in a pod with a Forward Deployed Engineer and an Agent Architect.
