Experteer Overview

In this role you will design, build, and govern enterprise-grade Copilot agents and Azure AI solutions to boost productivity and decision quality. You’ll operate within the Copilot Agent Factory, collaborating with IT, security, and business teams to deploy scalable, secure AI across functions. You focus on real value, balancing speed with governance and responsible AI practices. This position offers impact across environments in Europe or Wisconsin, contributing to a broader AI governance and capability-building effort.

• Design, develop and iterate Copilot agents and agentic AI solutions for end-to-end business processes
• Integrate Copilot agents with enterprise systems (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, APIs, SAP where applicable)
• Governance: implement prompt versioning, testing, monitoring, and lifecycle management for AI solutions
• Collaborate with business teams to ensure relevance, adoption, and measurable impact
• Act as technical advisor on Copilot capabilities and limitations; contribute to shared standards and playbooks
• Support capability building, knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration
• Ensure alignment with internal AI guidelines and security policies
• Contribute to AI governance documentation, auditability and lifecycle management

Responsabilità

• Hands‑on experience with LLM‑based solutions (Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI)
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, agent patterns, tool calls, and multi-step workflows
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems via APIs and workflows
• Basic scripting/development capability (Python, JavaScript, Power Platform expressions)
• Experience in the Microsoft ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform) is a strong advantage
• Experience delivering solutions for internal users in regulated environments
