About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and linguistically skilled Language Specialist to support the training and enhancement of Large Language Models (LLMs). In this role, you will contribute to improving AI systems by evaluating prompts, assessing AI-generated responses, and creating high-quality content. Your work will directly impact the accuracy, fluency, and cultural relevance of AI technologies used by global industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated prompts and responses for linguistic accuracy, coherence, and contextual relevance
• Provide structured ratings and detailed feedback, identifying errors, biases, and inconsistencies
• Develop, edit, and curate high-quality content for training datasets across various domains
• Collaborate with linguists, annotators, and AI researchers to enhance model performance
• Ensure cultural and linguistic nuances are accurately represented in all evaluations

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal proficiency in the target language, with excellent grammar and stylistic skills
• Prior experience in content writing, editing, or evaluation is preferred
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Large Language xdwybme Models (LLMs) is an advantage

• This is a freelancing role and does not include full-time employment benefits
• Candidates will be required to complete two assessments prior to onboarding
