Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead EisnerAmper's AI Advisory practice, owning executive relationships and shaping client strategy on AI governance, risk, and capability adoption. You will drive revenue growth by expanding existing relationships and acquiring new clients, while coordinating cross‑service delivery. You’ll guide complex AI engagements from strategy to implementation, including organizational change. This is a high‑impact role in a fast‑growing firm with strong support, autonomy, and opportunities to shape the practice and market position.

Retribuzione / Benefits

  • Own and manage client relationships with C‑suite executives, advising on AI strategy, governance, and implementation.
  • Represent EisnerAmper in executive settings, guiding AI risk, policy, and adoption discussions.
  • Build relationships with boards and senior stakeholders across client organizations.
  • Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of current accounts.
  • Identify opportunities within the client base and collaborate across service lines to deliver AI advisory services.
  • Develop proposals, lead pitches, and close engagements independently.
  • Lead complex AI advisory engagements covering governance, strategy, planning, and organizational change.
  • Ensure delivery success by managing scope, timelines, and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external resources to assemble required expertise.
  • Shape the strategic direction of the AI Advisory practice, including service development and thought leadership.
  • Build and lead delivery teams, mentoring managers and senior consultants.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of AI market trends, regulatory developments, and cross‑industry innovations.
  • Travel ~35% to client sites and EisnerAmper offices.

Responsabilità

  • Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in AI, technology strategy, risk management, or management consulting
  • 5+ years in a client‑facing leadership role with executive relationship and revenue responsibilities, with expertise in AI governance/risk and AI capability building/adoption
