AI Automation / Growth Engineer (B2B Outbound)

We are a fast-growing luxury brand based in Venice, expanding internationally.

We are currently building a scalable AI-driven B2B sales system to accelerate our global growth and generate new partnerships.

Project Scope

We are looking for a freelance expert to design and implement an automated outbound system, connecting multiple tools and workflows.

The goal is to create a system capable of:

• generating qualified leads
• improving conversion rates over time
• building and connecting automation workflows
• integrating AI into sales and business processes
• structuring a scalable outbound pipeline
• optimizing performance (reply rate, meetings booked, conversions)
• ensuring the system is simple, efficient, and replicable
• proven experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, or similar)
• experience integrating AI into workflows
• hands‑on experience building real systems (not theoretical)
• understanding of outbound B2B or growth systems
• strong execution mindset: fast, practical, results‑oriented
• cold email / outbound experience
• background in ecommerce, retail, or marketplaces
