We are a fast-growing luxury brand based in Venice, expanding internationally.

We are currently building a scalable AI-driven B2B sales system to accelerate our global growth and generate new partnerships.

Project Scope

We are looking for a freelance expert to design and implement an automated outbound system , connecting multiple tools and workflows.

The goal is to create a system capable of:

• generating qualified leads
• automating outreach processes
• improving conversion rates over time

⚙️ Responsibilities

• Build and connect automation workflows
• Integrate AI into sales and business processes
• Structure a scalable outbound pipeline
• Optimize performance (reply rate, meetings booked, conversions)
• Ensure the system is simple, efficient, and replicable

Requirements (Must Have)

• Proven experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, or similar)
• Experience integrating AI into workflows
• Hands-on experience building real systems (not theoretical)
• Understanding of outbound B2B or growth systems
• Strong execution mindset: fast, practical, results-oriented

➕ Nice to Have

• Experience in sales automation
• Cold email / outbound experience
• Background in ecommerce, retail, or marketplaces
