About us
Edilingua is one of the world's leading publishers for teaching Italian as a foreign language. We're building a new AI-powered platform designed to transform how teachers teach and students learn.
The role
We're looking for an AI / Automation Engineer (full-time, hybrid but mostly remote) to join us in designing and shipping real AI systems (not prototypes).
You will:
- Develop AI workflows and agents
- Connect LLMs to APIs, databases, and internal tools
- Improve AI output quality through prompt design, evaluation, and iteration
- Build solutions for content generation and personalization
What you bring
- 3+ years in software engineering
- Experience with AI agents and multi-step workflows
- Experience with RAG (documents, PDFs, knowledge bases)
- Track record of optimizing AI outputs in production
- Good practical understanding of AI workflows and prompt engineering
We're looking for a pragmatic, self-driven engineer who turns complex problems into working AI systems and wants to build something with real, daily impact for teachers and students around the world.
