Experteer Overview

In this role you will be the technical authority at Agorai, designing production‑grade AI systems across insurance, industrial automation, and supply chain use cases. You own the architecture end‑to‑end and work with the Head of Technology and external partners to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions. You will code and ensure the platform runs reliably in production, mentoring the Research Engineering team and exploring frontier areas like LLMs and knowledge graphs. This is hands‑on, high‑impact work at the intersection of research and enterprise.

• Design end‑to‑end AI system architectures across active use cases (data ingestion, model serving, API contracts, observability)
• Evaluate technical feasibility of new use cases before coding
• Set and enforce technical standards (code quality, evaluation rigor, deployment, monitoring)
• Lead technical partners (Google Cloud, DGS, delivery firms)
• Build and mentor the Research Engineering team and foster a product‑engineering culture
• Stay close to research frontier in LLMs, knowledge graphs, and multi‑agent systems and decide applicability
• Work on hard, open research problems with industrial applications
• Write production‑quality code and ensure platform end‑to‑end operation in production
• Collaborate with Research Engineers and ensure technical quality of solutions

Responsabilità

• Master's degree or PhD in a STEM field
• 3–5 years designing, building, deploying AI systems end‑to‑end with ownership
• 3–5 years hands‑on NLP or Computer Vision in production settings
• Experience across Healthcare, Financial Services, Mobility/Transport, Agriculture
• Fluent across stack: LLM‑based systems, classical ML, APIs, microservices, inference optimization
• Ability to evaluate AI models/architectures for industrial use
• Familiarity with AI project lifecycle from problem framing to deployment and monitoring
• Production‑quality coding standards
