Role Context

As an Agile Coach, you will join our team to support Agile transformations for our clients, with a focus on delivering working products and collaborative, flexible approaches rather than rigid templates. If you value delivering a functioning product over extensive documentation and you thrive under change rather than following a pre-baked plan, the Value Line Agile Transition is the right place for you.

Locations and Responsibilities

For our sites in Milano and Roma, we are seeking Agile Coaches who will:

  • Support the setup of an operating model in Agile transformation and guide the application of that model and achievement of key goals
  • Facilitate events that improve communication and collaboration
  • Prepare and deliver training and workshops on main Agile dynamics (Kanban, Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
  • Coach leadership and teams for ongoing alignment to objectives

Required and Desired Qualifications

  • Experience of at least 2 years in the Agile Coach role
  • Deep, applied knowledge of major Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, SAFe)
  • Practical knowledge of Lean Startup principles and ability to apply them in structured or transformation contexts
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Design Thinking principles and ability to integrate them into innovation and organizational transformation processes
  • Experience using key management and activity tracking tools (e.g., Jira, MS Azure DevOps)
  • Experience facilitating groups on planning and organizational topics (Lean portfolio roadmaps, portfolio management)
  • Good relational skills with references in middle and top management
  • Excellent knowledge of English
