NAT’S Footwear | Italy-based | Part-time / Freelance / Flexible collaboration
NAT’S is an Italian outdoor footwear brand originally born in Monte Urano, Marche, with a heritage rooted in Italian shoemaking. Today, NAT’S is being repositioned as a modern light outdoor lifestyle footwear brand, combining functional performance, comfort, and a natural design language for city, travel, and everyday outdoor exploration.
As we continue to develop our presence in Italy and across Europe, we are looking for a Back Office Support & Sales Agent Coordinator to support our commercial operations in the Italian market.
Role Overview
The candidate will work closely with the NAT’S management team, local sales agents, retailers, and marketing partners to ensure smooth communication, order coordination, store activation, and market follow-up.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, commercially minded, and familiar with the footwear, fashion, sports, or outdoor retail environment in Italy.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily communication between NAT’S, Italian sales agents, retailers, and distributors.
Coordinate sales orders, sample requests, product information, catalogues, order forms, and delivery updates.
Follow up with sales agents regarding store visits, sales progress, customer feedback, and seasonal order collection.
Assist in managing retailer information, order status, sell-in progress, and basic reporting.
Support store activation activities, including POP materials, product displays, co-marketing initiatives, and local promotional actions.
Coordinate with the warehouse and internal team regarding product availability, shipment status, and delivery arrangements.
Help organize meetings, seasonal sales materials, and market feedback summaries.
Provide general administrative and operational support for the Italian market.
Ideal Candidate
Based in Italy, preferably with experience in footwear, fashion, sports, outdoor, or retail sales support.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Fluent in Italian and able to communicate in English.
Comfortable working with sales agents, retailers, and international teams.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to follow up independently.
Experience with B2B sales coordination, order management, or showroom/agent support is a plus.
Interest in outdoor lifestyle, footwear, and brand development is preferred.
