We are hiring an Agency Development Director to support and elevate our agency business development in Italy. This individual will strengthen Taboola’s sales and partnership efforts with new and existing agencies in the market. A person who knows how to uncover, develop, and sign trading partnerships with major global companies. You will be heavily supported by all teams at Taboola (Sales, AM, Product, Finance, Research, etc…) and you will need to navigate an internal matrix organization.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • Energy, drive, and passion to boost an already successful market to the next level, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for a bigger purpose. Enthusiasm and a “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude when necessary.
  • An extensive network of senior-level contacts and key decision-makers within the industry.
  • 10+ years of experience and extensive knowledge in the digital marketing and ad tech industry.
  • Outstanding persuasive communication and presentation skills for communicating complex solutions.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are required. All internal communications, particularly with our centralized staff (FP&A, HR, Legal), product, and marketing teams, are conducted in English.

How you’ll make an impact:

As an Agency Development Director, you’ll bring value by:

  • Supporting local teams in deploying new agency partnerships and managing existing ones, ensuring their growth and fulfillment while continuously nurturing and strengthening agency relationships.
  • Creating and leading initiatives and influencing teams on the ground to successfully achieve partnerships and revenue targets.
  • Unlocking new revenue streams to support the market in achieving quarterly quotas.
  • Leveraging the existing network and expanding it to introduce and evangelize Taboola as a must-buy partner.
  • Identifying revenue and partnership opportunities in the market, defining, and executing plans with the local team to onboard those opportunities successfully.
  • Opening and supporting discussions with media agency decision-makers at all levels, in synergy with the rest of the team, on tactics for using Taboola for their clients.
