The Italian branch represents a strategic start-up with ambitious growth plans and a key role in developing the local market.Offerta Reporting to European management, the candidate will be responsible for building and developing the After Sales function, with a focus on warranty, technical training, and quality processes. This position will play a key role in defining procedures, setting up operations, and supporting the company's growth in Italy.Build and implement technical management, training, warranty, and claims processes, including team set-up;Provide technical support and contribute to the development of quality and warranty systems;Define and monitor KPIs for the technical quality team and service network;Implement the technical quality business plan;Develop and execute training plans;Set up and manage technical training sessions;Define and track KPIs for the warranty team;Lead warranty business planning and manage warranty operations across service stations and dealers;Support additional activities within the After Sales department.Competenze ed esperienzaFluent in Italian and English;Experience in a similar role within the Automotive industry (OEM or distributor), preferably within the European market;Strong understanding of aftersales, warranty, and technical quality processes;Experience managing dealer and service networks;Hands-on, proactive approach, with the ability to operate in a start-up environment;Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.Completa l'offertaCompetitive salary ranging between 70,000 and 80,000 per yearPermanent contractSe sei interessato a questa posizione come Aftersales & Spare Parts - Technical/Training/Warranty Manager nel settore dei servizi alle imprese, non esitare a candidarti!
