Location: Northwest Milan (1
day of remote work per week)

Indicative package:
€65,000/€75,000 + MBO + company car

Responsibilities

MAIN
ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Aftersales & Service
Manager will develop & execute the Service business while being responsible
for the Profit Center and all its resources.



Responsible for the Aftersales & Service
activities of the company in the Italian market



Measure performance and efficiency
based on KPIs



Ensure the execution of the Service activities and projects
in the company



Responsible for the approval of
technical suppliers



Support to branches



Monitor turnover of Service and spare
part sales



Ensure a high level of customer
satisfaction



Control of internal costs and
warranties



Pricing of service contracts

Your Profile

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS



Minimum of 6 years of relevant
professional experience in industrial sectors with a focus on the technical
department



Expertise in rentals and maintenance
contracts (knowledge of service costs, etc.)



Prior work experience in team
management



Must have ability to train and
motivate proving very good with communicational skills



Passionate and hard worker



Manage complexity and work volume,
problem solver



Target and results oriented



Customer centricity



Strategic thinking and acting



Bachelor's degree in engineering or
economies



Proficient with MS Office



Knowledge of CRM system



Advanced in English oral and written
