Purpose of the Position: This role involves acting as a Standard auditor/Field consultant across Italy. Conduct audits at the authorized dealer workshop network, providing the client with detailed reports based on audit results. Monitor the progress of the authorized workshops' objectives.
Job Description: This role involves conducting audits at authorized dealer workshops across Italy, reporting findings, and monitoring workshop progress.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to the audit plan agreed upon with the customer.
- Transmit requested information on audits performed to the customer regularly.
- Inform the customer promptly of any changes to the audit plan.
- Propose process/procedure improvements via action plans shared with dealers.
- Evaluate new audit procedures proposed by the customer before implementation.
- Collect all relevant data for the action plan.
Authorities:
- Develop proactive action plans to achieve objectives.
- Plan activities on a monthly and weekly basis.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Interpersonal skills including Results Orientation, Problem Solving, Flexibility, Planning & Organizing, Analytical Approach, Effective Communication, Knowledge of Aftersales Processes, and Excel proficiency.
Other Skills: Marketing (Medium), Sales (High)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in the Automotive Market, preferably in Sales.
Languages: Good knowledge of spoken and written English is appreciated but not currently required.
Qualifications: Economic or Engineering degrees are preferred; other degrees are accepted.
