Aftersales Area Manager - South Italy

Job Overview

We are looking for an Aftersales Area Manager based at South Italy (Campania, Molise, Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria or Sicily) support dealer in implementing Omoda&Jaecoo standards and procedures, develop the turnover of spare parts and accessories by applying the commercial policies and ensure the resolution of technical problems and more generally Customer Satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Act as the first intermediary in the relationship between the Importer and Dealers with regard to after-sales aspects.
• Support the Dealer in resolving any problems (technical, spare parts, warranty) present in the dealership.
• Ensure that the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the reference area set by the importer are achieved.
• Periodically visit the dealers in the area of competence. Planning the after-sales commercial strategy with the Dealer.
• Promote products/commercial campaigns launched by the headquarters (spare parts, accessories, etc.).
• Monitoring and management of Customer Satisfaction in the reference area.
• Check warranty complaints and the compilation of workshop orders.
• Ensure that the dealership complies with the standards set by the Brand.

Requirements

• At least 3 year- experience as Aftersales Area Manager or similar role.
• Good knowledge of the Automotive sector and in particular of the territory entrusted.
• Good knowledge of the after-sales sector in the commercial field.
• Good ability to relate and negotiate with customers and dealers.
• Ability to manage an Action Plan, also providing operational support. Verify/share its implementation and the necessary corrective actions.
• Ability to identify and report to the headquarters any areas of risk/criticality of the dealers.
• Availability to travel throughout the national territory.
• Good knowledge of IT tools, in particular Excel, Power Point, Word and Internet.
