After-sales Technical Support_Energy Storage Solution (ESS)


Job Overview:

The resource will be inserted in the Service Department and will be responsible for all the after-sales service support activities related to Hisense ESS products and solutions in Italy.


Responsibilities:

  • Management and development of the Service Network Energy Storage Solution
  • Technical-support to the Service network on solutions with ESS Energy Storage Solution
  • Control of the activities and related costs of the Service Network
  • Organization of training for service networks
  • Support to the Pre-Sales team in the management of meetings with Home Appliance Research Center and in the organization of technical seminars and product training
  • Management of technical documentation
  • Support and co-operation with HQ in the analysis of quality and improvement of the products.
  • Support on-site to Service Network


Required Skills:

  • Background in thermomechanical / energy / mechanical fields
  • Experience as a Service technical support
  • Knowledge of the Energy Storage Solution product and market
  • Preferable experience in ESS management and supervision systems applied
  • Strong interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Language skills: good English proficiency
