After-sales Technical Support_Energy Storage Solution (ESS)
Job Overview:
The resource will be inserted in the Service Department and will be responsible for all the after-sales service support activities related to Hisense ESS products and solutions in Italy.
Responsibilities:
- Management and development of the Service Network Energy Storage Solution
- Technical-support to the Service network on solutions with ESS Energy Storage Solution
- Control of the activities and related costs of the Service Network
- Organization of training for service networks
- Support to the Pre-Sales team in the management of meetings with Home Appliance Research Center and in the organization of technical seminars and product training
- Management of technical documentation
- Support and co-operation with HQ in the analysis of quality and improvement of the products.
- Support on-site to Service Network
Required Skills:
- Background in thermomechanical / energy / mechanical fields
- Experience as a Service technical support
- Knowledge of the Energy Storage Solution product and market
- Preferable experience in ESS management and supervision systems applied
- Strong interpersonal and Communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Language skills: good English proficiency
