The Omnichannel Acquisition team’s mission is to maximize the value of affiliation and acquisition by managing the full process end-to-end, strengthening omnichannel partnerships and leveraging Programmatic, SEO/ ASO to drive performance and conversion.
Your role
As an Affiliation Development Retail Manager , you will drive customer acquisition and First‑Time Depositor (FTD) growth by planning, executing, and optimizing promotional initiatives across the retail network. You will define and oversee both cluster‑level (B2B) and direct‑to‑consumer (B2C) campaigns, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities while building strong relationships with Retail Partners. Leveraging data and insights, you will segment and prioritize partners, monitor performance, and optimize acquisition tools and in‑store touchpoints. You will also collaborate with Sales and technical teams to enhance partner performance, support training, and maintain a competitive edge through continuous market and competitor analysis.
What You’ll Do
- Promotional Plan & Execution
- Define the annual promotional plan for Retail Partners, both at a cluster level (B2B) and for direct‑to‑consumer actions (B2C), aimed at boosting customer acquisition and First‑Time Depositors (FTDs).
- Oversee the implementation of the promotional plan, ensuring timely execution and alignment with commercial priorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Retail Partners, acting as their primary point of contact for all acquisition‑related initiatives.
- Support the training of Sales teams and Retail Partners, with a focus on effectively using reporting tools and understanding acquisition performance metrics.
- Monitor and analyze competitors’ strategies, promotions, and tools to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Retail Partner Analysis & Performance Monitoring
- Analyse and cluster Retail Partners based on acquisition KPIs, customer value, and local characteristics to prioritize initiatives and tailor strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the results of action plans, identifying improvement opportunities and best practices.
- Support the Sales Department in evaluating the effectiveness of reward and incentive plans, ensuring alignment with acquisition objectives.
- Tools analysis and optimization
- Analyze and optimize every retail “touchpoint” to improve the effectiveness of acquisition tools available to Retail Partners.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define, follow, and implement necessary technology developments that enhance partner performance.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in retail, affiliate marketing, or omnichannel acquisition, with a strong focus on driving customer acquisition and First‑Time Depositors (FTDs) through both B2B and B2C initiatives.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, implement, and monitor promotional plans across multiple clusters and retail partners, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills, with experience working closely with Retail Partners and Sales teams to drive execution and adoption of initiatives.
- Analytical mindset, with experience in partner segmentation, KPI monitoring, performance evaluation, and data‑driven optimization of initiatives.
- Hands‑on experience in retail tools and technology, including reporting systems, CRM, or marketing automation platforms, with the ability to collaborate on tech development and enhancements.
- Ability to train and coach teams and partners, helping them effectively use tools and understand performance metrics.
- Competitive awareness and strategic thinking, with experience analyzing market trends and competitor initiatives to identify opportunities and maintain a performance edge.
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s or specialized training in sales, marketing, retail, or data analysis is a plus.
- Fluency in Italian and English, with the ability to operate in an international, cross‑functional environment.
