· 5+ years of experience in retail, affiliate marketing, or omnichannel acquisition, with a strong focus on driving customer acquisition and First-Time Depositors (FTDs) through both B2B and B2C initiatives.· Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, implement, and monitor promotional plans across multiple clusters and retail partners, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities.· Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with experience working closely with Retail Partners and Sales teams to drive execution and adoption of initiatives.· Analytical mindset, with experience in partner segmentation, KPI monitoring, performance evaluation, and data-driven optimization of initiatives.· Hands-on experience in retail tools and technology, including reporting systems, CRM, or marketing automation platforms, with the ability to collaborate on tech development and enhancements.· Ability to train and coach teams and partners, helping them effectively use tools and understand performance metrics.· Competitive awareness and strategic thinking, with experience analyzing market trends and competitor initiatives to identify opportunities and maintain a performance edge.· Fluency in Italian and English, with the ability to operate in an international, cross-functional environment.· Supplemental Health Insurance.
