About Cassandra

Cassandra is a fast-growing digital marketing company redefining how brands grow online. We operate at the intersection of data, creativity, and technology — building performance-driven strategies for clients across multiple markets.

Founded in 2023, we've already raised €2.6M Seed round, grown to 100+ MRR clients, and we're just getting started.

We're a young, international team moving fast and thinking bigger every day. If you're looking for a place where your work matters from day one, you're in the right spot

Working at Cassandra

We're a lean, ambitious team where everyone gets real responsibility from the start, with the freedom to move fast and the support to grow. Ideas matter more than titles here. People are self-starters who take initiative, adapt quickly, and help each other succeed.

If you're curious, driven, and excited to be part of a company that's constantly evolving — we'd love to meet you

About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented AFC Intern to join our Finance & Administration team. This role will be critical in supporting financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing hands-on contribution to the company's growth trajectory. The ideal candidate has a solid academic background in finance or administration, strong organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Support payment management — inbound, outbound, reconciliations, and deadlines
  • Handle active and passive invoicing, formal verification, and document archiving
  • Assist with corporate and fiscal compliance in coordination with external advisors
  • Contribute to periodic financial reporting and data analysis for management
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper financial documentation
  • Support the implementation and improvement of internal financial processes
  • Provide cross-functional support across teams — flexibility is key

Requirements

  • Degree (or ongoing studies) in Economics, Finance, Law, or related field
  • Fluency in English and Italian — English is our working language
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proactive mindset: you take initiative and don't wait to be told what to do
  • Versatile and adaptable — priorities shift, and that excites you, not worries you
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. AI tools? A plus — don't bother, you'll get to know them pretty well here anyway
