TXT e-tech , a TXT group company, is looking for a new resource to fill the role of Aerospace Control System Engineer within the Embedded System for Aerospace Applications Business Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, verification and validation of safety-critical avionics systems in the aerospace and defence sectors.

Main responsibilities

  • Development of control system and validation for airborne safety-critical embedded systems;
  • Development of automation test sequences (using C/C++ or Simulink);
  • Participation to integration activities;
  • Preparation of technical documentation; Involvement in Aircraft Certification and Rig/Flight Testing result analysis.

Technical skills required

  • Experience in control theory development;
  • Knowledge of at least one structured programming language (C, C++, C#, Java, Javascript, Python, Visual Basic, Ada95 or similar).

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of a modelling language (Simulink, SCADE or similar);
  • Experience with embedded systems and embedded real-time systems.

Education

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electronic Engineering.

The profile is completed by the ability and desire to deal with complex systems and problems in a structured manner, adaptability and mental flexibility, aptitude for SW development activities, and commitment to continuous personal improvement and technical training at work.
