Program Governance Coordinator – Caselle Nord
Leonardo – industria aerospaziale e difesa – è in cerca di un/a Program Governance Coordinator nella sua sede di Caselle Nord.
Responsibilities
- Support the PM / IPT Leader / CM of the LoB in the budget/forecast process, ensuring alignment with division targets.
- Prepare periodic summary reports on the LoB economic results and analyses to support decision‑making for PM / IPT Leader / CM / LoB Manager and in BU and Division meetings.
- Analyse offers/operational budgets, economic evaluations, Risk Register reports for LoB contracts.
- Ensure integration and standardisation of LoB reference processes.
- Confirm LoB processes comply with corporate procedures and standards.
- Promote standard methodologies and identify and transfer best‑practice solutions in program management.
- Support LoB units in defining and implementing program management tools.
- Coordinate KPI definition for measuring process performance and quality and support adoption within the LoB.
- Monitor LoB process performance through procedure implementation checks and indicator analysis.
- Prepare LoB reporting on process indicators and physical‑industrial performance of programs, using data from AFC.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and participate in evaluation in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Support LoB units in documentation management, ensuring correct data management.
- Act as Focal Point for the LoB in company teams such as Reach Management, IP Correspondent, Security Information, Digital & Transformation, Data Governance.
- Assist the Division/BU units in preparing Program Quality Plans and help achieve program and client quality objectives.
- Manage the Lessons Learned process, tracking the implementation of identified actions with LoB units.
Education & Experience
- Master’s degree in Industrial/Management Engineering.
- Junior level (entry‑level).
Technical Skills
- Analytical evaluation of data from business functions and proactive interaction.
- Knowledge of Earned Value, Work Breakdown Structure.
- Ability to manage various types of databases prioritising data quality.
- Synthesis and action orientation.
- Knowledge of quality management systems.
- Process implementation and standardisation.
- Defining, detecting, and monitoring KPIs.
- Reporting on physical‑industrial indicators.
- Participating in third‑party certification audits.
- Developing and applying new initiatives and projects.

Language Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English, level C1.
IT Skills
