Key Responsibilities (Shopfloor Focus)

• Observe and analyze real production activities to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
• Conduct time studies and work measurement directly on the shopfloor to set standards
• Optimize workstations, line balance, and operator tasks to improve productivity
• Implement quick wins and practical improvements (layout changes, material flow, tools)
• Drive daily problem solving with production and quality teams
• Support production ramp-up, line transfers, and new product introduction
• Ensure standard work and SOP implementation on the shopfloor
• Monitor key KPIs (output, efficiency, scrap) and react immediately to deviations
