Advisory Sales Specialist

The successful candidate will join our sales team and contribute to delivering a high-level shopping

experience while supporting the activities of our stores. We are looking for someone who can represent the values of COI Florence with professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong customer-oriented approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

welcoming and assisting customers throughout every stage of the sales process;

providing personalized advice in the selection of jewelry;

ensuring an outstanding level of service for both Italian and international customers;

maintaining the presentation and display of products;

handling cash register operations;

supporting inventory and stock management activities;

collaborating with the team to achieve sales objectives.

REQUIREMENTS Mandatory Requirements

Previous experience in sales or retail.

Excellent command of the English language (C1/C2 level).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented attitude.

Precision and attention to detail.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Availability to work on weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in the jewelry or luxury retail sector.

Experience in online order management and customer care.

Knowledge of a second foreign language.
