Experteer Overview
In this role you help shape value creation for clients through due diligence and post-deal operational enhancements. You work within the Delivering Deal Value team to support private equity, corporates, and financial institutions on M&A, divestitures, and restructurings. You will tackle operational due diligence, synergy assessment, carve-out reviews, and design cost-efficiency and TOM solutions. The role offers exposure to large-scale transactions and a fast-paced, collaborative environment that emphasizes transformation.

- Operational Due Diligence: assess operations capability, KPIs, capacity, and potential EBITDA/CAPEX impact
- Synergy Due Diligence: identify and quantify cost synergies from integration
- Carve-Out Due Diligence: evaluate standalone EBITDA and separation costs; risks
- Design and implement cost efficiency measures in operations, sales, and G&A
- Provide strategic support in post-deal execution to realize value and synergies
- Design and review industrial plans and streamline business processes
- Define and implement Target Operating Model (TOM) after an acquisition
Responsabilità
- 1–3 years in strategic and operations consulting or operational roles in corporate settings
- Degree in Engineering or Economics with strong academic results
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation
- Flexible and open to different perspectives and working approaches
- Strong motivation, goal-oriented, able to perform under tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional language a plus
- Willingness to travel for work
