About the Role


IVECO is looking for an Advertising, Media & Digital Manager to lead integrated communication activities across the EMEA region. The role will drive advertising , media , and digital strategies to support commercial actions, strengthen brand positioning, and ensure consistency across multiple markets. The position also includes managing and coaching a direct report, fostering team development while delivering impactful results.


Responsibilities


Communication activities - Markets governance – EMEA

  • Define and coordinate quarterly Integrated Communication Plans for Trucks and Customer Service, aligning commercial priorities with global strategies and local market needs.
  • Ensure effective deployment of HQ strategies at local level and promote cross-market collaboration through best practice sharing.
  • Monitor communication channels, budgets, and KPIs across EMEA, ensuring corrective actions when needed.


Advertising, Website management & Brochures

  • ADV:
    Management of Advertising pages to support communication/commercial campaigns with external agency from the brief to the execution in line with Iveco Brand priority and guidelines.
  • Brochures :
    Management of all communication material at EMEA level in coordination with Global functions (i.E. Brochures, leaflet, newsletter, Internal & external communication).
  • Adv markets management and governance receiving inputs and providing centralized asset in order to support Budget optimization at EMEA level and fostering cross-fertilization between countries and guarantee IVECO brand image protection.
  • Website:
    website content management at EMEA level in cooperation with Global, markets and digital area, UX optimization and active campaigns alignment.


Media, Digital & Social media

  • Definition and implementation of Digital strategy (social media and online channel) , including contents programming, community engagement and social listening.
  • Paid media:
    planning and optimization of media investment (offline and digital) deployed at market level in coordination with global department.
  • Digital content creation :
    definition, creation, production and adaptation of multimedia formats (visual, video, photo) for social media and sites.
  • Social media plan:
    Management of Integrated social media plan at EMEA level integrating EMEA HQ contents truck and customer service, Local content and global content.
  • Performance analytics:
    KPI monitoring (social, media, website) with monthly report, optimization proposal & corrective actions .


Lead generation & Performance analytics governance

  • EMEA Lead management activities governance , KPI monitoring and efficiency measurement providing quarter reporting to Global team and Top management



Qualifications


  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in advertising, digital marketing, and media management , ideally in multinational contexts.


Required Skills


  • Strong knowledge of advertising and digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
  • Demonstrated success in coordinating multi-market communication projects and managing external agencies.
  • Solid analytical mindset with expertise in KPI monitoring, performance reporting, and optimization
  • Proven team management experience, with the ability to lead, coach, and develop direct reports
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create impactful reports and presentations.
  • Strong presentation skills, with experience preparing and delivering content to Top Management.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written);
    additional European languages are a plus.
