# Adventure Leaders & Specialized Counselors: Spring & Summer 2026Alphabet International Camps is looking for outgoing, dynamic mentors to join our teen programs (ages 12–16). We are seeking specialists who combine technical expertise with a passion for youth development.We are hiring for three flagship programs running throughout June and July, with the additional opportunity to join Overnight School Trips in May.Specialized Programs (June & July)Outdoor Exploration: Hard skills in Climbing, Archery, Bushcraft, and Hiking. Must be safety-conscious and capable of leading treks.Sea Quest: Strong Nautical Skills and comfort aboard a sailboat. Experience in maritime leadership and deck organization is essential.Cultural Adventure: Deep knowledge of Rome and Florence. We need "urban explorers" who are artistically fluent and can navigate city centers with ease.
