We are looking for an

Advanced Control Enginee r to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of next-generation control solutions for utility-scale renewable energy plants, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and microgrids. In this role, you will design and implement advanced adaptive control algorithms that enhance the intelligence, safety, and resilience of our Central Power Plant Controller (CPPC) platform.

What You'll Do

Design and implement advanced Fault Detection, Isolation & Recovery (FDIR) algorithms. Develop and extend hierarchical control state machines. Design adaptive control strategies, including PID auto-tuning and gain scheduling with safe rollback mechanisms. Validate adaptive control performance under complex and dynamic grid conditions. Collaborate with control engineers and software developers to integrate advanced control functions into industrial applications. Contribute to the evolution of innovative solutions for renewable energy integration and grid stability.

What We're Looking For A degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Automation, or a related field. Strong knowledge of advanced control theory. Experience developing adaptive or self-tuning industrial control systems. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to work in multidisciplinary engineering teams. Excellent communication skills in English. Experience in power systems, renewable energy, BESS, microgrids, or industrial automation is highly desirable.
