We are seeking a highly skilled Process Analytical Technology (PAT) specialist to develop and implement innovative solutions for monitoring and optimization across production processes.
The ideal candidate will lead the development and research of PAT solutions by studying and implementing in-line, on-line and at-line probes to monitor and inspect production processes in real-time. The specialist will conduct feasibility studies for analytical methods using in-line, online, and at-line instruments.
The role requires expertise in PAT applied to continuous monitoring in biotechnology production processes to ensure accurate data collection and analysis to optimize production processes. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop monitoring solutions aligning with industry standards and regulations.
This position may involve working in a controlled environment requiring special gowning and wearing protective clothing. Additionally, the specialist may need to remove all make-up, jewelry, contact lenses, nail polish, and/or artificial fingernails while in the manufacturing environment.
Applicants should hold a PhD or Master Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Bio-Chemical Engineering and have at least 2-3 years of relevant University/Industry experience in Process Analytical Technology for development of probes to characterize protein material.
