ADV Asset Installation Specialist

We are looking for an Asset Installation Specialist with a passion for urban communication and innovation.
The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating display and advertising installation projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and regulations, while working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and institutional bodies.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct preliminary feasibility studies for installations;
• Plan and manage display projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines and current regulations;
• Provide support for obtaining public land use permits;
• Manage relationships with institutional and public authorities;
• Oversee and coordinate the setup and maintenance of advertising installations;
• Supervise and coordinate design, supply, installation, and assembly activities;
• Coordinate technical activities related to material procurement;
• Manage, coordinate, and monitor project progress, ensuring full compliance with contractual terms and periodic review of planned activities;
• Plan and control contractor activities in terms of time and cost;
• Manage technical documentation for both internal teams and contractors.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in managing setup projects, outdoor advertising (OOH), or urban design;
• Knowledge of current regulations related to advertising installation and public land use permits;
• Strong project management, planning, and budgeting skills;
• Ability to coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers;
• Proficiency in technical design tools (AutoCAD, modeling software, or similar) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Excellent organizational skills, precision, and attention to detail;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in liaising with institutional entities;
• Willingness to travel and manage projects across multiple locations;
• Good command of English.
