Admissions Specialist

We are looking for an Admissions Specialist to join the Admissions Office within the Students Outreach & Support Department.

The Admissions Office is responsible for managing the selection, admission, and enrollment processes for Italian and international candidates applying to Bocconi Undergraduate, Graduate and Law School Programs. The team ensures a rigorous, fair, and consistent application of admission criteria, with the goal of attracting and selecting top talent globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with Italian and international candidates, providing guidance throughout the application lifecycle
• Handle direct communications (email and phone) with applicants, admitted candidates, and enrolled students
• Process and evaluate applications in line with established admissions criteria
• Build expertise in international entry qualifications and admissions evaluation frameworks
• Review admissions test recordings to ensure compliance with integrity standards
• Communication management and website review
• Support the organization and delivery of recruitment initiatives (online and on-campus), in collaboration with the Guidance & Recruitment Office
• Use and maintain admissions systems (e.g., ESSE3, MyApplication Portal, DreamApply)
• Contribute to data analysis, reporting activities, and admissions ranking activities
• Liaise with internal stakeholders on admissions-related matters

Requirements

• Master’s degree, preferably in Economics, Management, or Political Science
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in admissions and selection within a higher education institution; familiarity with Italian ministerial regulations will be considered a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Italian and English
• Work/study experience abroad (at least 6 months)
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure
• Customer-oriented mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
• Solid analytical skills and confidence in working with quantitative data
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills
