For a leading multinational company based in Vimercate (MB), our client is looking for a:

Administrative Sales / Executive Assistant – belonging to protected categories (Law 68/99) Key Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for: Responding to sales inquiries and ensuring timely follow-up Preparing sales documentation, including quotations Creating weekly sales reports using Salesforce and sharing insights with the team Collecting and analyzing data to support sales forecasting Supporting the sales team in tracking targets and managing processes Developing reports and presentations for senior management using Excel and PowerPoint Managing calendars and coordinating meetings for senior leadership Organizing meetings and handling logistics, including venue setup and catering Arranging travel and managing expense reporting Assisting in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents Drafting and managing communications for senior leadership, including emails and memos Supporting team meetings, training sessions, and customer events Requirements The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: Previous experience in administrative support or similar roles, preferably in a sales environment Familiarity with Salesforce is considered a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly xpavfwm and approachable attitude Fluency in Italian and English Professional approach and ability to handle confidential information Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Adaptability and ability to work in a dynamic environment Team-oriented and collaborative mindset What Is Offered Opportunity to join a dynamic and well-structured multinational company Permanent contract under CCNL Commercio (Level II or III) Salary range (RAL): €35,000 – €40,000, depending on experience
