Administrative Processes Optimization Specialist

We are looking for an Administrative Processes Optimization Specialist to support the analysis, design and implementation of improvements to our administrative and financial processes, with a strong focus on efficiency, effectiveness, standardization and digital transformation. The role will make optimal use of ERP and financial systems and help ensure alignment between business needs and IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and map current administrative processes, identifying improvement and automation opportunities
- Design and implement optimized (“to-be”) processes
- Act as key interface between Finance/Admin/HR, IT and software vendors
- Optimize the use of ERP and financial systems (e.g. JDE)
- Ensure data consistency and integration across platforms
- Support system implementation, migration and process reengineering initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and support change management and user training
- Collaborate with international stakeholders
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in business analysis, process management or IT/management consulting
- Strong knowledge of administrative and financial processes (AP/AR, GL, Treasury, Consolidation)
- Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or related field
- Experience with ERP systems and process modeling
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Proactive, hands-on attitude and excellent communication skills
