A protagonist of the main strategic programs at a global level, it is a technological and industrial partner of Governments, Defense Administrations, Institutions and companies.Within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain organizational unit of the Electronics Division, we are looking for a **Continuous Improvement Officer** for our office in **Cisterna di Latina.****The person will mainly deal with the following activities:*** Identify initiatives suitable for supporting efficiency improvement objectives* Analyze cost distribution data in order to identify possible opportunities* Evaluate the benefits of cost evaluation and activity prioritization* Monitor projects in all execution phases* Track the economic results of the identified initiatives and the impacts on the economic performance of the plants.**Educational qualifications:*** Three-year/master's degree in Management Engineering**Seniority:*** Junior/Expert**Technical knowledge and skills:*** Problem solving encountered in production through the management of non-conformities and tools for Root Cause Analysis (Ishikawa, 5W+1H, HERCA, 8D report, 5Whys* Application of the main tools of lean manufacturing (Kaizen, Kanban)**Behavioral skills**:* Proactivity;
* ability to work in a team;
* aptitude for problem solving;
